A Condensed History of Catfish Comics

Angelo Furlan and M. Gerald Delaney formed Catfish Comics and published their first issue of SINNAMON in 1994. Five years and 13 issues later, Catfish Comics slipped below the waves much to the sorrow of a devoted fan following.

Or so it seemed. Obviously, Angelo and M.G. have risen from the murky depths, eager to take SINNAMON and friends (AND enemies) off to bigger and better adventures.

Thirteen Issues? Do I have to buy them before I can read “GRRL VS. WORLD”?

Not at all!  Angelo pretty much redid his scripts for SINNAMON after the last published issue.  He figured that after five years, who was going to remember the events of SINNAMON SAGA #1?  So he decided to write the script as if the book would be a “jumping-on” issue for everyone.  New readers will learn everything they need to follow this new story.  Old time readers can relax because we will tie up all loose ends - eventually.   Hey, at least we’re finally revealing the origin of  SINNAMON!

Thirteen Issues? Where can I learn more?

We view SINNAMON: GRRL VS. WORLD as a brand new start for our characters.  That being the case, Angelo has put up a site dedicated to those past issues. It’s called SINN-ful Delights.  The site contains summaries of each issue, along with covers and scans.  And if you really like what you see, the site sells those back issues (at somewhat generous discounts).
